    Hi everyone,
    got new updates on my website now, covered a lot of info on injuries and soon ill be talking about problems like sexism and racial problems and how to deal with the people that can make your life a living hell.
    Please feel free to add your own information and persoanl fighting experiences to the message boards.
    All are welcome i dont exclude men from my site but i cover more female issues like pregnancy and menstruation and dealing with these things for martial arts.

      Im also focusing on other sisues liek finding the right martial arts school, balancing home life with martial arts, fitness, diet and other things aswell like street survival!

          Ive posted ifnormation on the diffences between the different styles on martial arts ranging from Aikido to Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Karate , JuJutsu, and lots more.

            So what type of experience do you have with fitness and diet? Ok, if you have something about balancing life and anything else I'll have to check it out.

              Hey Ken,
              Well ive been surrounded by sports all my life and know quite a lot about the human body and how it funtions, did you know that if you drink only water throuhg intensive exercise you run the risk of flushing all your electorlites out and can die from it thats why its always an idea to drink something other than water like lucozade.
              Ive only just found this out from my physician.
              also being with horses all my life and riding indpendantly from age 3 not only have a learned the mechanics of the human body but also the horse, i know skeletel structures,muscular structures and nervous system. what to look for in injuries in humans after falling off also horses.

              with health its more a case of healthy eating and balanced diet none of this atkins crap flying around i just eat what i like eating fruit, chocolate, and 3 meals a day, i dont cut out chcoclat completely from my diet because as long as i exericse everyday i can eat as much as i like ^_^

                  Very Funny Thai lol man what would the world be without you ....less funny god its good to find someone with a sense of humour at last and not be all depressed life's too short.

                  by the way thai i quit college and am looking forward to applying for the police force next year in june ^_^

                  fro now im just kicking back enjoying my freedom.

                          no college for me = Gym wed, thurs, friday, horse riding sat sunday, martial arts monday and tuesdays is my only day off to recover, and i only eat chips on those rare occasions of my time of the month when ic rave fat and greasy foods for my bloody sugar levels to stay balanced as i loose bloody during that time so :-p to your methods of no colelge = chips and lazing around!
                          id much sooner rather die then be a lazy person!

                            You might not be lazy but, since you are being supported whilst you enjoy all your little hobbies, you are a sponger. Even a 6 year old goes to school.

                            If you don't want college, get a job. If you were my kid I would kick you out. It would do you good.
