Actually it was his stepdaughter and her brother that sued.She is the junior national champion triple crown winner three years in a row in Judo .Plus she is the captain of her high school wrestling team in Bellvue Washington.16 years old 52 kilos(110 lbs).Plus she is city champ! He is a college wrestler.Plus a national level judo player.Her mother was on the Japanese ski team. They are all amatuer athletes.Their Grandfather is a high level black belt in judo back in japan.Their uncle is a Shinto Priest.It is an interesting story.They had to sue in the U.S. because they were being forced to practice Shinto here!
