I used to have the same problem as the guys your describing....then at a pool party two sisters were walking around punching guys in the face for no reason and daring them to hit them back and noone would. They were being extremly rude, abusive, and just out of place and wrong. One guy fought back after being punched in the mouth so hard it chipped his tooth. He slapped one of the girls. Immediately two other guys stepped in and procceded to beat the shit out of him. Then it turned into a giant heated battle between chicks who hit dudes and dudes who didnt hit chicks and the people who were fed up with the girls.

If a girl comes at you with a closed fist. The rules are off. Defend yourself.

Learn to hit harder and force them to defend against your attacks, if they see you are truly a fighter maybe they will get sick of getting their asses kicked. If a girl hit me like a man she better guard her chops 'cause I will hit her like a man. Although I guess that still makes me biased because I've been hit by dudes that hit like girls but I still hit them like men. Lifes funny like that.

I'd punch a girl if need be, but not if I could restrain them, exactly how I'd treat a guy...if I could restrain them without striking them...I'd do that first. If I felt endangered...I'd do what I though would be reasonable, but I personally think that breaking some girl's nose or jaw and/or choking them out would leave a bad taste in my mouth.
Treat women with respect and they're likely to do the same...unlike a great deal of men who are just out there to fucking prove something to themselves.

Not a good Idea, Martial Arts are about respect and self discovery. Immaturity and unsportsmanship have no place. Theres a difference between a martial artist and a thug with training.

Address the problem with the sensei, and with your sparring partner. Explain that its not fair to your training to not experience force on force on an equal basis or are their expecting a rapist to "go easy on you because your a girl". If that doesnt get you the results your looking for it may be time to find another Dojo thats more self defence orientated. Which wouldnt be a bad idea anyways. Good luck and keep those kicks up.
