I am Emily Jones, aged 34. I work for an advertising firm. I have worked very hard to get where I am today. Possibly, striving and struggling for years has made me very complacent and my health has suffered. I seem to have become a chronic sufferer of minor ailments like headaches, frequent colds, digestive problems and other stomach infections. Over the years, my health has declined and my passion for work has declined. Visits to doctors have not helped much. I guess I need to take a break and seek some inner healing. Can someone help?

Ur....are you looking for some kind of martial arts help? When I worked in a call centre I found doing something physical (judo) helped and just made me feel more at ease in the day, but also when I didn't make it to training I was very angry and stressed as I became somewhat dependent on it to iron out my demons.
Can you take some time off work? I mean the obvious things shouldn't be ignored...going on a vacation? A change of scene is always nice. Getting a pet of some kind, although that can mean more work. I'm no shrink but what exactly is wrong, what is the route of the problem? You can do whatever..inner healing you like but problems don't go away unless you find out what the causes of them are.
What's your diet like? This might annoy you but maybe taking vitamin food supplements and eating fresh veg will help, perhaps you need to eat bigger portions of better food. I've discovered that food can taste great and not be terrible for you.
I can't imagine anything worse than achieving lifetime goals as you have and still feeling dissatisfied and worried. I sincerely hope you manage to solve your problems.
Ok I helped you, now it's your turn. Can you get me into advertising please? :P

Re:Be Blissful Always!
I guess you have pushed yourself too far to achieve the milestones in your career. In the process, you have neglected your physical self and denied yourself the care and good health. It is never too late. Take heart. You can always bounce back with great health all over again. Inspired Women Coaching is a site I came across. It is all about changing your mind through a method of neuro linguistic programming. It aims at changing your old out dated beliefs for better living. I am sure you will find it helpful.
