    Just some thoughts on training please! By Kitty - 07-13-2009 03:44 AM

    =========

    Morning ladies,

    Quick question, I am new hear but just wanted to run down a few things - I have a fought before only western boxing and just picked up Muay Thai. I am loving it! Anyway I am keen to get up to starch and comfortable with my new found elbow, legs and knees. Ideally I would like to be fighting in 6 months time. I am heading over to Thailand in 2 months time for 10 days training as well so that hopefully will give me a boost!

    Anyway this is what I am doing training wise I was wondering if you ladies can see any holes in my training or any areas which I should be addressing a little more.

    Really looking forward to hearing your comments!

    Thanks for your help as always!

    Kitty x

    Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

    Six days you shall labor, and do all your work;

    but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God;

    in it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your manservant, or your maidservant, or your cattle, or the sojourner who is within your gates;

    for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day;

    therefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day and hallowed it

    Genesis 20:8-11
