I found one that use from Thailand, but incredibly, some of the guys in my Wing Chun class still manage to hit me in the breast. I just had a Judo class today where I experience my first lesson in grappling and I felt it when he put his weight on my chest (I'm expecting my monthly) so I was in pain. It got me thinking. Should I wear some kind of chest guard for Judo too, and if so what kind? What do the ladies here use for those that study grappling?
