I like how she warns that if you are ever in a situation where someone is trying to force you in a car or take you to a new location that however fearful you are you should take every opportunity to avoid being taken there. Or if it just can't be helped that you fight to the finish because once at a second location the outcome is usually pretty grim.

This might seem easier said than done. The only thing you can do is hope your innate instinct to survive will overcome your fear and that you remember your self-defense training.
