I once used my chi to lift an x-wing fighter out of a swamp. Does that count?

If you see some kind of energy field radiating from someone it probably means they haven't washed in too long.

Most of the participants in this forum who are advanced martial artists use some form of bioelectric energy or another for various purposes. Particularly those involved in the striking arts are able to channel huge amounts of bioelectric energy, which we call qui, ki, chi, etc. to cause what may appear to be paranormal phenomena.

Such force can be very very powerful and destructive, even lethal, when used irresponsibly by a novice who has not yet learned to master it. Mastery takes years of discipline. It is not something to be trifled with or spoken about freely with someone who may not be prepared to have such information. It's like handing a nuclear bomb to a seven year old child.

If you are sincerely interested in learning more, you must enroll in a martial arts school that teaches "internal" techniques and patiently endure the rigors and discipline of years of training before you can learn about ki. Even then, you may be found unsuitable for such knowledge.
