    sup guys,
im 15, live near toronto and am very interested in martial arts.i did karate for about 6 months when i was 8 but then i moved away. There are a nuber of MA dojos around my area and im thinkin of which ones to do. I Have a choice between:
    Kung fu
    kickboxing
    Muay Thai
    karate
    kempo
    judo
    TKD/Hapkido
    boxing

Still tryin to decide which to do...i hope to start soon tho!

    Welcome!

I have a hard time telling people which MA to learn because everyone’s goals and attributes are so different. However by using your list I would suggest

    1) MT
    2) Boxing
    3) Judo

Those are all pretty close, so hard to say which is better. MT gives you a few more options than boxing does, and judo is tough as well. Good luck with your decision.

You know what's really cool? Being young!

You have plenty of time and few responsibilities by comparison to an adult with family, work, and for some of us even school. You could literally put together a game plan to cross-train in different arts, not necessarily all at one time but in sequence. I agree with the choices darrianation gave you but if you have to narrow it down further drop boxing (for now) and come back to it later.

        Good luck!

It doesn't help that the bear eats meat and honey all the time. Atkins diet.

                lol u guys are funny.

The judo place seems good as well. Most of the instructors competed in the Olympics (If that means anything).
