    Hello

    I have been kick boxing for about 8 months now. I am not that good yet but love the work out. My punches are pretty good and so is my push kick but my round house right and left) kicks are terrible there is no power there at all I usually end up wacking my toenail off too ouch! I know i have to turn my hip over and go up on the ball of my foot but its not happening yet. I suspect I may not have enough flexiblity in my hips. Is there any excercises I can do for this will I one day be able to do a powerful push kick that you can hear slap off the pad or bag.
