A friend and i were considering looking into marsharll arts recently. Although the fighting part of it is what bought us into the concept, the dicipline and sculpting plays a great role in it all too.
I'm not sure which art I should take up. As of now i'm really into muay thai, and maybe tae kwan doe (i studied it for a while growing up).
what do you guys think?
