Don't think I ever did this here...

I'm Andrew Green, I am a MMA instructor in Winnipeg, I ran a full time school for 4 years but shut it down about 1 1/2 years ago and now only teach 2x a week. I started training about 17 years ago.

Durring the day I am a Instructor in a Community based College program. I teach Computer Applications and do all the IT work for my Organization.

hey guys, im ryan, from canada as well.
close enough, i used to live in scarborough, toronto. moved to the other side of the planet recently, im in melbourne australia now.

i trained in san da/san shu, jeet kune do(3 months), and some wu shu elementaries years ago.

now that work is hardcore everyday at a fishnchips shop, dont really have the motivation to train nowadays, any advise or opinion?

Melbourne's an awesome town! I spent a month there this past autumn (Australian time). I did a bit of BJJ down in St. Kilda - there's an amazing instructor there, if you're into that sort of thing.

Now I'm craving a bowl of pho bo from Mekhong (Not as much as I crave City Bread's Rye).

As for training with such a busy schedule... I hate to give advice that I could never follow myself, but how about getting up 45 minutes earlier?

hey aseepish! thanks a lot for the advise man, really appreciate it. i think its the committment i have to make; to time and dedication if i REALLY wanted to train/exercise... when i get my own car and place ( i vebeen wanting to live on my own for a loong time now), i just might go down to st kilda to find that instructor u r talkin about, learn some groundmanuvers to add to the arsenal! and check out the HOT broads down at the beaches too!! causethe girls here are soooo FIIINNNNEEEEE!

anyways, if u visit melbourne again man, come have some snack at my shop on victoria rd, northcote, ur bill's on me brotha!

and getting up early is not a bad idea at all!
