Well My name is Mike. I've been active in martial arts for over 17 years. I currently own and operate a school called defensive defense options academy. I started my martial arts off in tae kwon do, I did tae kwon do for 12 years, on and off and in 2001 earned my 1st dan black belt. I've also had experience in several other systems and training programs. Please let me know if you want to know anything else about me.
My hobbies include: fishing, reading, enjoying outdoors, fighting fires, working and volunteering in emergency services, Martial arts (of course), and being around friends and family.
