    here is my dilemma I have been body building for five or so years. the problem is it has slowed me down. I know tons about supplements and diet. I need more flexibility for more speed. especially for the low forms like snake. What do you suggest for supplementation for muscle elasticity?

      Do not use supplemnt for starters.

      If you want to become faster and more flexible stretch and stop bulking up. To many people use supplements.

      A good diet is one that consists of atleast 50% fruit.
