Beginning Friday, November 4th I'll be teaching a mixed martial arts class at the Downtown Fitness Center from 11:30 am - 12:15 pm. The address is 806 Main, Suite 701, Houston, TX 77002. You can call 713-223-3800 for more specific directions if needed. As always, the first class is FREE!
