On the other hand, why are there so many old kung fu and Karateguys and so little old age MT people?

Must also be the belt, must keep the kidneys in the right place

Helio and Carlos are of advanced age but stilll very active


MT fighters in Thailand do MT because it can generate income for their family, meaning the family doesn't have much money to begin with, not enough to make someone that trains several hours a day fat

The reason there is so many old kung fu and karate guys is because you don't have to be in as good shape as you do with Muay Thai since our training is harder and more intense. Besides these old guys don't compete, also Muay Thai Fighters compete more often and need to be in shape at all times.

So MT is for young people because competition is for young people
Most of us mortals lose the drive to compete physicaly after 40

Seems that for some, people lose credibility if they stop competing, like people bashing Rikson because it was long ago since he fought
No respect for history only for the present

A belt in MA has another advantage, it helps you being remembered, BB will be registered somewhere ( if valid) and championship belt will be all over the magazines and also be registered

I thinks Santa's belt is medicinal or a safetybelt
