Granby You have to be quick with Granby's. I used to catch people and pin or at least get the back points. I don't know if I am familiar with the double trouble at least by name......I know this is off topic but please explain

Good point. And it's extra humiliating to get caught trying something 'big'.

What, the Granby isn't "big" (not 'big'). I think you even know what a Granby is!

Ipon I sent you a email explaining the Double Trouble.

              nice post

Opportunity cost: each min we are spending here is a min we are not spending for our MA training .

                  CONVINCED???

BTW, this might be my last post till autumn. I am going to do a serious training this summer with my master; no internet.

'Big' in the sense of being a fairly dramatic move when it's pulled off. It does not occur with the same frequency as other moves from the bottom. Understand?

And don't worry about me, I think I know a little bit about wrestling.

Haw! You may be shocked to learn that some of your 'cute' terms are not universal.

Sorry I didn't see your message earlier 'requesting' instruction. No freebies for you. (and no soup!)

I'm quite sure coach Gable is expertly familiar with the entire range of techniques. What is your point?

I love it when someone's argument degenerates into criticising their opponent's use of the English language......... but especially when they use it incorrectly themselves!
