Occasionally when after I finish taking a crap, I see some blood on the feces and on the tissues which I use to wipe. Anyone know what the cause may be?

If you are a tense person this can commonly happen. Does it feel like ur anus is tight all the time? Like tight as a rubber band? The anus has sensitive tissues so if it is stretched real tight, then you poke it while wiping, then there could be blood.

The tightness can be from sitting too long in a tense way, or from training a lot.
