  • IRON FIST Training

I have been training in Iron fist for about 3 years now. I am able to break large paver blocks with a closed fist, but am still not at the level I would like to be at . I have read that this training can be completed within 3 years . Any suggestions in how I can expedite the process or should just continue punching a big chunk of oak as I have been ? ...Blackmantis...

Exactly what does your training consist of? What types of jow do you use? is the roller bar a part of your program?...and three years is barely through the conditioning process

        really ? .... ha ha

Ya I am well aware of this ...still I have actually broken my knuckles in the past ..I am a carpenter by trade and have many hammers too ! ... In fact if I could take a few weeks off work I think I would go for another extreme knuckle buster...but I have break them down in moderation at this point so as to stay employed! I am a former tae kwon do instructor so it is a strange intrest for me ...Iron fist ...but I am all about it these days . At 37 years of age I find that to despite training in 3 different arts for a period spanning 25 years the simplest things are what often work the best ! ...That is why I have branched off into new things like this. son I intend to attempt a closed fist break of 3 paver blocks ...so that may just have the effect I am looking for ,, haha ...and hey has anyone tried the herbal supplement for iron body training ..and does it realy help ? ....Blackmantis...
