I tried once.
I fell on my ass.
I went back to regular shadow-boxing.
I'm talking about capoeira. Not about being a more proficient lover.

actually, if you have been training for some time and have a good understanding of martial arts, you can figure out alot of concepts by yourself, as well as learning to apply certain techniques on your own. if u flip through a martial arts book at the library, you will at least pick up a few new things just from seeing and reading about it, especially if you have been training for some time.

his on the spot sweating is a defense mechanism that his body created in order to deal with the sudden surge of grapplers in our invornment. his body starts sweating to make all the grapplers unable to properly get hold of him so he can escape. this is evolution at its finest right here.

Does Capoeira always require a dance for its fighting, or is the dance only occassionally used and there are stationary stances, like in kickboxing and boxing and so forth? And does Capoeira involve any use of the hands (I have read it doesn't, but I don't know for sure).
