what karate warm ups can i do before class myself?

i learning disabled and it take time to
figure things out i read real slow or need someone to help with words
i do not understand and i have trouble with step by step things
and if i were show photos of the streach or warm up it would also help
even warm ups in a video
please keep the help coming i sorry
for not understanding some replys i will have someone help me read them better
