    Protest

    To anyone who didn't see "The Ringer" with Johhny Knoxville. I went to see it with some friends and amazingly enough even though the movie was one retard joke that lasted 1 hour and 1/2.....

    Nobody was outside protesting holding up signs or bitching.

    Plus there were actual handicap (mentally) people in it. Lots it was about the gosh darn special olympics.


    The media didn't even complain.

    Now I'm sure Mat would like us to start talking about fatass camp again guys

                      Matt Blake, you just need to do some serious roadwork and the pounds will melt off. And when I say "roadwork" I don't mean hitting the road to In N Out Burger.

                        I think that what you eat isn't so important as how you eat. I think the best diet is to eat the stuff you like but practice eating slowly. If you eat slower (like if it usually take 20 minutes to eat a sandwich, make it take forty minutes) you will have time to notice when you are full. Then you will want to stop eating.

                        The other thing is to practice saying to yourself while you eat: Am I still hungry now? If the answer is 'not really' then just stop eating. If you're hungry again in a couple hours, have a snack then.

                        The idea is, if you eat slow and stop eating when you are full, then you will eat less - and you still get to eat what you like.

                          i wish there awas a place like a camp where you go for about 2 or so hours and they teach you in the first hour how to eat anad the next hour do exercising .
