I'm at a point where I can't give reputation to any of the posters I would give it to because I have to spread it around more. It doesn't really matter though. Of course, we could petition the powers that be to ban posters that get too much bad rep- it would make it kind of like Defend.net survivor where we could use it to vote Nutt... er... someone off the island

Probably some old timer like Tom Yum or Excessive Force or even high volume posters such as Boarspear or Jubagi...................Just a few examples. I think you still get points even if you get negative repped.

Oh yeah negative ones count otherwise I'd hardly have any I'm up to 24 from 14 in the last month guess I made A lot people mad recently, can't imagine how?? hehehehehe

I've got a couple gray ones that might be blue depending on your monitor? Those are from people that don't have enough posts for their reputation to count. I think you have to have at least a hundred posts before they actually effect your rep. value.. I'm not sure but it may be that if your rep. is in the red that it doesn't count either.
