Awesome post, HtTkar! I agree that a dog shouldn't be cooped up in an apartment. Taking it outside on a leash around the block twice a day isn't enough.
So you are saying that people shouldn't have a dog unless they live on a farm?
If you have a little fuzzy puffy tiny dogs, I suppose it can get enough exercise running around your RV... you can paint pictures of it on the tire cover, and let it sit in your lap while you drive! Don't bother training it since it's so tiny, it would never hurt anyone! Let it jump up on anyone who walks by! Let it run around without a leash and be a pest because after all, it's a harmless little cutie! Take the little spoiled rotten thing on vacation to Florida! Let it run around without a leash in a campground. Alligator lunch! mmmmmmmmmmm bite size!
And now the point is that you just hate small dogs?
Some people actually want a dog to work, and do the things that dogs are good at. Pits are great hunting dogs, better than cats at killing rodents, can pull all day long, and can still watch over your property at night, keeping coyotes and other predators away. Sorry, but a cocker spaniel, or poodle is just not cut out for the job. You want a real working dog, get a Pit.
Let's see:
Hunting: There are better breeds to get for that
Rodent control: There are better breeds to get for that
Pulling stuff: There are better breeds to get for that
Keeping predators away: There are better breeds to get for that
And what's with letting yer little puddle makin' machine run up to me without a leash, while you're giggling and saying "Oh he likes you! He doesn't bite!" Inconsiderate F**kheads! What about people who may be allergic to it? What if your little spoiled pain in the ass decides it doesn't like ME and tries to bite? How 'bout I boot it across the park?:
All that is annoying, but getting a dog that may kill someone is ok? Well, that makes sense...
And it sounds like you really don't like dogs in general. That's your deal, but I can't agree at all.
