  • The countdown begins!!!!

I'll be leaving for college on the 19th, that's only a week away! Any words of wisdom for a naive child entering into the world of college life?
I'll be going to Florida State University, ranked 4 on the biggest party schools in the nation .

...Get your liver bronzed. It'll never be the same.

I'm going back to school too [time to get that third degree], after a five year break from the joys of campus life. I'll be the world-wary old man in a group of young-uns.

Any useful advice? Like how to down a Jaeger Bomb in one gulp without dying?

Yeah, the real key to that is to not die.

Jager Bomb- 1 shot of Jaeger plus a beer, so essentially if the parts are right, it's equivalent to 2 drinks...more than 1 shot of Jaeger, or a 40 oz instead of a regular beer would also change this...but 2 drinks isn't going to kill you. It'll help get you fucked up, but it's not like beer bonging a 40 oz followed by half a fifth of peachtree schnapps.

              My liver hates me.

Mixing beer and liquor isnt good. Choose either one or the other and stick to it. Its just too easy to get carried away and end up getting just too drunk. When you mix beer and liquor, youll have a really bad hangover(depending on how much you do it), even with just liquor alone. Then it will will burn your esophogus when you puke it out the next morning!

Liquor before beer, you're in the clear.
beer before liquor, never been sicker.
bud and beer, careful when you steer.
bud and liqour....be the brain crippler.

Yeah, Triangle's probably never taken a Saki Bomb, a Boiler Maker, a Jaeger Bomb...

the problem isn't dropping shots in beers...
it's dropping shots into energy drinks...
think Jack Daniels and Carabau...murder murder murder.

When you drink try to make sure you drink some water before you pass- er- go to bed. That will save you from some hellacious hangovers.

err ... well, make sure you get to all your classes. get there on time. do your laundry at least once a week, don't let it build up. take lots of notes. get into a study group with some other students. eat a healthy diet. contact your folks often so they won't worry about you. oh and don't become a workaholic - balance your schedule with some fun leisure activities, maybe join a church social group or something like that...
