  • Blues and BBQ

As the weather has been getting warmer I've been cranking up some old blues and grilling out on my screened in porch. I can't think of a better way to unwind when I get home in the evening. For some reason I always start pulling out my old blues this time of year; it's almost like it sounds better the warmer it gets. In particular this is one of my favorite tunes:

Does anyone else dig the blues?

    Thank you for that one

And I agree that if it gets warmer you tend to pull out some old style blues and enjoy the moment

It's not blues, I've been listening to way too much Johnny Cash lately.

Warm weather + BBQ + Blues = Good times.

That may not quite be the blues but it's pretty damn close. Close enough to count anyway Which reminds me that I need to make it a point to watch "Walk the Line".

            Stevie Ray Vaughan fan.

I love SRV... I actually like his version of "The Sky is Crying" better than Elmore James'.
