Couple of things to note.
*Why was there a White tree?
*Why did black kids want to set under such a tree?
*Why was the White kids who put up the nooses did not get charged with a federal hate crime? They did get suspended though for three days.
*All White witnesses were on White kid's side.
*The few Black witnesses on the black kids' side.
*The jury was all White.
*Black kid got convicted and others are in the process. Attempted murder got reduced to battery with deadly weapon (shoe).
There were many fights and problems leading to all this and the school should of done something more.
Black kids need to be charged with battery and do some prison time.
White kids in tree case need to be charged with a federal hate crime and do some time in prison.
100 hours of community service shouldn't hurt either for both Black and White kids.

what would the case have been if it were 6 white kids that beat the shit out of a black kid? Would the white kids have been seen as victims? **** no.
THAT is racism. All these protesters need to try and be a bit more objective and a little less reactionary...or just go home and put a mouthful of shotgun with their toe around the trigger.Comment

Now I am a Pakistani and Muslim. If I would have to go to court I would want at least one person in the Jury who is a Muslim or Pakistani. Most of the time this will not be the case. I have to live with that.
If I am accused of being a terrorist how much chance you think I will have to make it alive out of a court room? I simply being a Muslim would reduce my chance to such a low standard.
It is true that minorities complain but it is the majority that rules. That is just the way it is and always has been.Comment
