It was a high school tournament. I had to take our local test they make teachers take at this high school, and they told me not to leave if I had an afternoon session because they were having a wrestling tournament and there would not be parking. Since I only had a morning test (I like to space mine out on different days so I won't go insane) I stayed to watch wrestling. It was pretty cool except that it was hard to watch the injuries (I guess it's harder when they're younger) and it was hard to concentrate because they'd have like five matches going at once.

Do you have some kind of personal problem with people who study things like this? Do you take offense, Dick? I'm only asking because you seem intent on inserting yourself into this conversation in a not-so-positive way, and I'd like to clarify what it is you're saying so I can respond.

not as fun as it could have been. however, whats really amusing is thinking about an old, out of shape boozebag like jubaji who trolls internet forums all day long at his cubicle, in between playing with pencils and eating crackers on his desk, getting off work to go play with swords and pretend like he is sonny chiba.

i imagine its something similar to these guys here, except jubaji has an even higher risk of injuring himself than these guys, since he thought for some reason that playing with swords while he was close to blacking out from alcohal was a good idea for him.

Keep guessing, pothead. In a few thousand years you're likely to be right about something just by accident.

That was me and what I said was that I do a 1,000 kicks in two hours. They are not all side kicks. I also mix in thrust kicks and round house kicks. Actually 1,000 crunches only takes about 15 minutes but I use an ab roller device and I have been doing them for a lot of years. Gotta keep those abs in shape.

By-the-way, my basement is my dojo thus it cuts down on my time contraints.

Super Bowl weekend. Picked up a new private student this week, extra income is coming in handy. Teaching a semi private lesson on Saturday, Friday night romancing the wife, Sunday before the super bowl I'm hoping to get in some kickboxing drills on the heavy bag and some striking drills on the speedbag. What's on tap with you?
