When you see a deer you see Bambi
And I see antlers up on the wall
When you see a lake you think picnics
And I see a large mouth up under that log
You're probably thinking that you're gonna change me
In some ways well maybe you might
Scrub me down, dress me up aww but no matter what
      Remember, I'm still a guy

When you see a priceless French painting
I see a drunk, naked girl
You think that ridin' a wild bull sounds crazy
And I'd like to give it a whirl
Well love makes a man do some things he ain't proud of
And in a weak moment I might walk your sissy dog, hold your purse at the mall
But remember, I'm still a guy

And I'll pour out my heart
Hold your hand in the car
Write a love song that makes you cry
Then turn right around knock some jerk to the ground
'Cause he copped a feel as you walked by

I can hear you now talkin' to your friends
Saying, "Yeah girls he's come a long way"
From draggin' his knuckles and carryin' a club

And buildin' a fire in a cave
But when you say a backrub means only a backrub
Then you swat my hand when I try
Well now, what can I say at the end of the day
      Honey, I'm still a guy

And I'll pour out my heart
Hold your hand in the car
Write a love song that makes you cry
Then turn right around knock some jerk to the ground
'Cause he copped a feel as you walked by

These days there's dudes gettin' facials
      Manicured, waxed and botoxed
With deep spray-on tans and creamy lotiony hands
      You can't grip a tacklebox

Yeah ith all of these men linin' up to get neutered
It's hip now to be feminized
      I don't highlight my hair
      I've still got a pair
Yeah honey, I'm still a guy

      Oh my eyebrows ain't plucked
There's a gun in my truck
Oh thank God, I'm still a guy

I told my wife she is treated so well as an accumulation of all the mistakes I've made in the past with relationships

be yourself thats the key. why be someone you're not and get the girl only to find out that you are not compatible?

Old girlfriend in college once said marriage is the largest institution in the world and everyone should be institutionalized at least once.

I'd say that goes on both sides of the gender line, but I have noticed women wanting to take on "a project" more than men and thus end up getting hurt more than men.

The time I've lost in wooing,
                            In watching and pursuing
                            The light that lies
                            In woman's eyes,
                            Has been my heart's undoing.

Tho' Wisdom oft has sought me,
I scorn'd the lore she brought me,
                            My only books
                            Were women's looks,
And folly's all they taught me.

                            Her smile, when Beauty granted,
                            I hung with gaze enchanted,
                            Like him the Sprite
                            Whom maids by night
Oft meet in glen that's haunted.

                            Like him, too, Beauty won me;
But when the spell was on me,
                            If once their ray
                            Was turn'd away,
O! winds could not outrun me.

                            And are those follies going?
And is my proud heart growing
                            Too cold or wise
                            For brillant eyes
                            Again to set it glowing?

No -- vain, alas! th' endeavour
From bonds so sweet to sever:
                            Poor Wisdom's chance
                            Against a glance
Is now as weak as ever.
