I get plenty of fiber. I cycle protein to gain muscle mass and when I am on my high cycles (anywhere from 250g to 300g daily) I take in alot of flax seed which is high in fiber. I eat alot of steak, chicken, fish, protein supps., creatine.......all kinds of stuff.
That is how in just a little over a year I have come up from 185lbs. to 240lbs. and stay solid. And no I am not taking roids before you even ask. I am all natural and proud of it.

I meant natural fiber - grains, corn etc. Sounds like you're 100% carnivore. With a natural 6'2" frame, you could be easily over 220, especially if you lift heavy.
I don't intend on ever breaking the 200 lb range. The lighter I am the faster I am on my feet. If I wrestled I might consider it.

Flax seed is natural fiber. I eat alot of fruits and veggies to as snacks but mostly meat to get all my protein and bread (wheat) to get my carbs. If you train the right way you can stay fast and be big at the same time. I train alot for speed and I can throw my kicks faster than most small guys can and can move around on the mat pretty fast too. I don't think it's a difference in speed as much as it is mobility. The small guys are like little rats that can move all over the place on you whereas the big guys have a big frame they have to get past you to move. I would say that putting on the additional size has really helped me overall though because the additional strength is unreal adding that much weight. Guys I used to struggle against I now manhandle.

Hey guysCheer up.
Personally i respect Falcons views. All of them.
I dont agree with the war though.
I am, however glad it has happened for the one reason Flacon stated. Sadam is gone.
Thats worth the cost.
I have a problem with the justification for war being that they are trying to find WOMD.
I would have fully supported a war to remove Sadam alone.
Falcon, please remeber that America did not go it alone on this one and we Brits were there too.
We lost quite a few troops as well out there.
As for Europe, I like some countries in Europe and some i dont, France being one i dont in general. But to not like a country refers to its culture and government and not so much its people as we havent met them! Or at least we have only met a few.
As for the people of other nations i have met in general i have found two nationalities to be overtly friendly, Americans and Germans, yes Germans.
I would also like to say that I still believe Britain has no place in Europe but is better standing shoulder to shoulder with America and not on a lead behind it.
Britain and America are the leaders of the world for better or for worse ( at least for the time being) and must behave better.

Ghost is right, Germans are good people, very efficient (i-fish-ent)
And actualy I agree with falcon and Ghost on the french
But Ghost you must admit that there were very few british troops in comparison to the americans. VERY FEW.
And I am glad that sadam has gone

Yes but we dont have that many anyway. As a proportion of our armed services it was a large contribution.
Britain is very small so percentagewise it was quite a contribution. And they did a hell of alot of the street to street fighting.
I would say they did their bit.

They did provide moral support for the americans. The americans felt that they were not alone and that other countries felt the same way they did and were prepared to help them. That was britain's greatest contribution.

Thats a bit unfair considering the British were the spear head were therfore the initial invasion force, something i expect they volunteered for.
