Here's one thing I don't understand.....engine swaps. You buy a car with 116hp stock and swap in a 200hp engine. Then you buy a turbo (and all requisite piping, solenoids, wastegates, etc), intercooler, injectors, better internals, and all that other jazz to get 300hp and run 13's in the 1/4. Course, with the money you just dropped into all that, you could have an 11 second Fbody or Mustang. Hell, a 5.0 with a huffer is about the cheapest way to go fast. My cousin says "I like taking a slow car and making it fast." I say "You'll never get out of the 13's without a shitload of money. Why don't you start fast (like high 13's) and go faster (like 11's and 12's)?" I guess us Fbody guys do engine swaps too....a guy in the local Fbody club "swapped" in a 427 MIT engine and another guy is "swapping" in a 383 stroker.
