hey guys, i'm new here and i have a puzzling question.
a friend of mine took me to a systema class (amazing martial arts btw.) and the instructor asked me to the kick the bag...
i kicked the bag, the bag flew(i took a little muay thai... 5 months ish...). the instructor said that the form was good and it had lots of power, but i was using my power wrong. he showed me his kick. he hit the bag probably twice as hard as
i did, but the bag didn't move as much, it more or less just jingled around moving around maybe half as much.
of course he wouldn't tell me how he did it...
is there an explanation to this? or am i just doing it wrong?
