Half Guard Seminar from TWO BJJ Black Belts:
Rey Diogo and Rodrigo Medieros will be doing a 3 hour seminar on the Half Guard
First One hour and half will be Submissions and Transitions from the Top.
The Second hour and half will be Submissions and Transitions from the Bottom.
Open to all belt levels
