What will be covered:
Integrated Submission Grappling, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Boxing.
Integrated Submission Grappling(ISG) combines the techniques of Catch-As-Catch-Can Wrestling, BJJ, Judo, Sambo and Shooto. ISG is a complete grappling system which includes both stand up and ground grappling. I encourage everyone and anyone who is interested in grappling to attend this event. Whether you are a beginner or have been doing grappling for years I encourage you to come out and join us for this event regardless of which "style" of grappling you do.
