Sifu Greg Pichardo, certified instructor under Sifu Cass Magda of the Magda Institute Association will be hosting a seminar in Massachusetts on Sunday, June 21st. This seminar is hosted by Phoenix Martial Arts of Massachusetts.

Topics Covered: The seminar will be divided into two halves with a short 20 minute break in between. Sifu Greg will be covering JKD fighting methods and strategies the first half and Buka Jalan Pentjak Silat the second half.

SIFU GREG PICHARDO
The Director and Head Instructor of Phoenix Martial Arts, Sifu Greg Pichardo has more than 30 years of martial arts experience. He is one of very few individuals in the world to be chosen to teach under the Magda Institute program.
About Silat:
Known as PENTJAK SILAT in Indonesia and BERSILAT in Malaysia, the difference between these two arts are subtle. There are over 250 styles commonly practiced in and throughout Indonesia and Malaysia.
Both arts involve various complex and intricate empty hand and foot maneuvers, clever and unique multiple joint locking, sweeping and throwing manipulations. These arts form an important portion of the intermediate and intricate empty hand and foot maneuvers, clever and unique multiple joint locking, sweeping and throwing manipulations.
