First ever Pramek seminar to be held in Southern Ontario.
Location will be Premier Martial Arts, 205 Forest St. E Dunnville, ON N1A 3G5.
Saturday will be from 9-6pm adn Sunday fro 12-6ish.
Matt Powell the founder of Pramek will be teaching and demonstrating the theory of equilibrium and body mechanics on Saturday with Sunday building off what was learned.
Price is $90.00 for Saturday or $140.00 for the weekend.
