The first 60 minutes of this class will feature Greco Roman Wrestling class with Nick Catana the former Romanian National Greco Team Coach and the current New York Athletic Club Greco Coach (NYAC). NYAC is very well know for having top level Olympians training at their facilities.
The second half of the class will feature Mixed Martial Arts with LUIZ AZEREDO, the man who beat Anderson Silva. For more info on LUIZ check out the link below:
