I agree mate, elk is delicious innit. Raindeer is too right. Pheasant and rabbit are my favourite game though. I remember being taught how to cook a myxi rabbit cos it's easier to catch than a healthy one innit. mmmmmm'
Myxi rabbit in red wine sauce right
1 x myxomatose rabbit
1/2 cup red wine
1 tablespoon balsmatic vinegar
1 onion, chopped really damn fine right
1 clove garlic chopped up little
1. Cut the rabbit's head off. this is really important cos it has myki:
2. Skin the rabbit.
3. Chop the rabbit meat up into thin slices and stir fry with a little oil until nearly cooked through
4. Mix up the wine and vinegar and add onion and garlic. add this to the rabbit in the pan.
