For the uninitiated, GI Joe was a cartoon show that aired throughout the early to mid 80's. GI Joe was a team of guys, made up of various military personnel who fought an evil army known as Cobra Command, whom tried to take over the world.
Like most 80's cartoons, each episode ended with a public service message that was moral and uplifting.
Someone got a hold of these messages and decided to play around with the voice overs...lol.
