I'm close to maxing out on my PT scores, but even that isn't good enough (for me) - as a result, I'm always looking for ways to keep PT interesting, intense and effective. Can't remember who introduced this program to me, but I figured I'd put it on here...

Its a pretty good routine, designed by military for military. It seems to alternate one or two days doing either strength circuit training or endurance circuit training followed by two to three days of long runs, maybe a day of intervals - with rest somewhere in there.
