Open Question: my friend has a webcam for his xbox 360 and hes trying to do a webchat

When we go to chat we can only see my picture. Hes accessed the webcam and taken pictures before but we don't know how to get his camera to show his picture on our aim chats.

Some problem with your webcam so replace it to new one then i think your problem may be solve.
