Open Question: Should i buy GH3 for xbox or ps2?

im buying gh3 and i have both consoles so if if i buy the xbox game i will get full graphics and les paul guitar, but i cant download extra songs like slash battle or lou battle cuz my xbox live isent working. if i buy thee ps2 game i will get full songs, full battles but bader graphics and a fender guitar. i hate fenders i like les paul. but its cheaper than xbox. and no my pc sucks so i cant buy the pc version ty...
