its nothing to do with the subscription because i bought a 12month membership in october. when i turn my xbox on it isnt connected and i have to go through the test connection thing, then it says connection is fine, but also gives me a list of suggestions like my NAT and turning off my modem. i know it isnt the internet because its working fine on my laptop. my settings on the xbox are always sign into xbox live when i start my xbox so has anyone got any suggestions?im usually on the same games so its not because of updates or anything. thanks for reading this hopefully u can help!
