Open Question: Xbox Live Language Settings?

i got an xbox in spain, and the language is in english, but when i signed up on xbox live, the online features ( downloads, marketplace, whats new ) all turn to spanish, i signed up with an email i made in spain, but i changed to my uk email and its still the samei signed in with my other account i had before, and that stays in english, i dont know what difference the accounts haveplease help, tell me how to change this
