Open Question: Is the Original Banjo-Kazooie actually going to come out?

I know that it is out for download off Xbox Live but what about people who don't have it? Im not paying the about £60 for an adapter and then another £30 for Live just to get 1 game. So is the Original going to come out on disc to buy in shops or not?
