my warranty is up and im not paying 140$ to have it fixed, so i want to give it the red ring of death so i can get it fixed or free.heard that overheating is what causes the red ring of death so i wrapped my xbox up in 3 towels, put tape over the vents and let it run for 1 1/2 to 2 hours i came back to check and it only had 2 red rings.if red ring of death is caused by heat then i have no idea what else to do to it to get the ring. anybody know how to get the ring of death?preferably people that have done this before, but anybody with a good idea please answerthanks!
