Open Question: I can't don't have permission to purchase RE5 demo on xbox live?

I don't know whats up but when I try to download the Resident Evil 5 demo on xbox live I get an error message that says I don't have permission to purchase this content. I have a gold membership, live in the USA and its free so I don't know why its not working.
