  • I had wemod launched when i opened cs2

I was playing eu4 with wemod, used 2 hours free then left eu4 and launched cs2 on offline server with bots, but I had wemod in the background, am I supposed to be scared for vac ban?
it’s probably a stupid question but im scared for my inventory

As for your question, trainers are generally undetectable unless they are injected into the game or you attempt to inject them into a server-sided game.

Don't worry, it's not a stupid question at all. It's understandable to be concerned about your inventory, especially when using third-party apps like WeMod. However, using WeMod for a single-player game like EU4 shouldn't impact your CS:GO gameplay or risk a VAC ban, especially if CS:GO was launched separately.
If you're still worried, you can always reach out to Steam Support for clarification. By the way, if you're looking to enhance your CS:GO experience, you can buy CS:GO skins at one of the best prices on the market. They offer a wide variety of skins that can help personalize your gameplay without the risk of a VAC ban.

I’ve had WeMod running before for single-player stuff like Skyrim, and I’ve launched CS later with no issues. VAC is more concerned with actual interference in multiplayer gameplay or file injections, so if you weren’t doing anything shady in CS2, you’re probably fine. Still, I usually reboot before launching any multiplayer game just to be safe, especially if I’ve been messing with mods earlier.

If your CS2 inventory’s worth a good amount, it’s not a bad idea to stay updated with safer trading options. I use this site when I want to trade or cash out CS2 skins without dealing with the Steam Wallet mess: https://opmarket.com/. Super fast and reliable.

I understand why you're worried, but you should be fine if WeMod weren't directly interacting with CS2. VAC usually targets software that actively modifies game files or connects to multiplayer servers. I've had other third-party apps running in the background before without issues, but if you're ever unsure, restarting your PC before launching CS2 can give you peace of mind.

If your inventory is valuable, monitoring market trends is always good. You can also trade CS2 skins safely through platforms that offer low fees and secure transactions, like https://skinsmonkey.com/.
