  • Weight loss/diet help

I know there's been a few different threads about diets over the years on here. I've also heard about fasting, etc

What works for you? Has worked? Etc.

I'm 33yr old male. 6'1" and 280lbs. I would say my prime weight is about 220, so about 60lbs to lose. Not really an excuse, but having kids, marriage, speed of life/eating out, emotional/bored eating, as well as many tractor hours and new baby hours have all taken their toll on me over the last 7 years. I wanna loose the weight and get back to where I was at 220. Tired of clothes getting small, skin sweating where it never used to, being winded easier, etc.

    Few personal goals would be
Cut down or completely gone of pop
    More water
    Less fast food/eating out
Not sure where I could fit exercise in

Where else can I help out? Tips, tricks, advice, etc? Thank you.

Eat low carb and low sugar. Been on it 12 years and went from 200 and maintain around 150 (5'9").

Life gets hectic, and it’s easy to fall into bad habits. I’ve been there too, juggling family, work, and trying to stay healthy. For me, cutting down on soda was huge—replacing it with water made a big difference. I also started prepping meals to avoid the fast food trap. As for exercise, I started with small things like walking after dinner, then slowly added in short home workouts. Along the way, I found Deuschem.com, a distributor that specializes in wellness supplements, and they suggested a few things to help with energy and metabolism.

Hungarian cuisine has several healthy options that can support a weight loss journey, especially dishes rich in lean meats, vegetables, and paprika. Try hal?szl? (fish soup) or lecs? (Hungarian ratatouille) for nutritious, low-calorie meals. Opting for grilled meats instead of fried and reducing heavy creams can make traditional dishes healthier.
