Fine dining in Gainesville

Looking for a nice sit down dining spot in Gainesville near Mundy Mill and 985. This intersection is about half way between my son and I and would like to meet for a meal. Outback, Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel or something similar.
Neither of us live in the area, so we have no experience eating. Any and all suggestions welcome.
